Role & responsibilities Strategic Planning: Engage with relevant stakeholders and identify current gaps and areas for improvement, analyze current business operations, and develop comprehensive transformation projects aligned with organizational goals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project life cycle. Project Execution: Engage with vendor and Banks internal stakeholders to ensure execution of transformation projects, setting timelines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and managing risks. Project Risk management: Manage complex projects with tight deadlines and budget constraints. Project Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Impact Assessment: Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of transformation initiatives, making adjustments if necessary. Preferred candidate profile Having at least 5+ Years of experience in Treasury back office and mid office operations. Hands on with deal booking in the application. Working closely with Treasury, Vendor, Finance and Tech Risk teams to support the Treasury Operations Vendor Management program. Knowledge of technology
