Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager Bancassurance located in Bankura, West Bengal. The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and maintaining relationships with bank partners, training and supporting the bank staff, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes monitoring and analyzing sales performance, preparing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train and support bank staff and own Team
• Experience in Bancassurance
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Mandatory Team handling experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Candidate need to mandatorily have his/her own car for commuting to Branches
• Candidate need to be based or willing to relocate in Bankura.
• Local Candidates with demography knowledge to be preferred first
  

Remuneration

:CTC: 7 to 9 lacs fixed + Bonus + Coveyance, depending upon existing Salary Structure and Experience.
