Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Team Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising the sales team. Monitor sales team performance, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews. 2. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives. Assist in setting sales targets and developing plans to achieve them. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs. Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and documentation. 5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. 6. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to legal regulations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree or additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
