Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance Coordination

Monitor and support daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
Coordinate with site maintenance teams to track job progress, shutdown activities, and emergency breakdown support.
Prepare daily reports, maintenance logs, and action trackers.

2. Work Order & Documentation Management

Create, follow up, and close work orders in CMMS/SAP.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records, checklists, equipment history, and compliance-related documents.
Maintain technical drawings, equipment manuals, and OEM documentation.

3. Planning & Scheduling

Assist in preparing preventive maintenance schedules and shutdown plans.
Follow up with procurement for spares and materials required for maintenance jobs.
Track inventory of critical spares and coordinate with the stores/materials team.

4. Technical Support

Review fault reports, analyze repetitive failures, and support root cause analysis (RCA).
Provide preliminary technical analysis and escalate to senior engineers where required.
Assist in monitoring equipment performance through data analytics if applicable.

5. Compliance & Safety

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
Track safety observations, permit-to-work system updates, and audit compliance.
