Job Description

Dear Candidate,

Our company is involved in providing corporate services in different areas. Our company is a 30 yrs old established company, with a team size of approximately 900 persons, promoted by experienced professionals & working with number of well-known companies.

Job Brief:

Support Specialist

Requirement:

  • Should have good communication skills (English). Should be able talk clearly in English. Should be able to understand conversations in English.

  • Should have an undergraduate degree in an accredited institution.

  • Should have familiarity using Word and Excel.

  • Should have prior experience working as a Customer Service / Support Specialist person.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarize with the applications by attending training and participating in other opportunities.

  • Attend customer support calls and provide level 1 support.

  • Help with level 1 support questions such as password resets, navigation, accessing specific function within application and other identified level 1 functions.

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

  • Update the support ticket system with proper notes on the call and support provided.

  • Refer Level 2 and Tech Support calls to appropriate team. Follow up on the tickets referred to other teams.

  • Escalate support tickets to support manager or account manager if the support ticket is not resolved in allowed time frame.

  • Report product malfunctions to appropriate product team.

  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with product team members

  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities

  • Gather customer feedback and share with product team members.

  • Generate monthly reports on support calls and resolved calls.

Designation: Customer Support Associate (voice / Blended)

  • Preferably in tech support role but any international voice / blended customer support will do.

Job Location: - Thousand lights west, Near Greams Road, Chennai-600006

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Office Timings: 6:30PM (IST) to 3:30pm(IST) (Night Shifts)

Only one-way cab drop home will be available at night.

Experience: 1 to 2yrs
