Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Qualification and Skill Set:

Diploma/bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
1 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceDesk Plus, Jira, Freshdesk).
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with remote support tools

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware servers, switches, routers, UPS, etc
Perform patch management, system updates, and backup operations
Handle Network administration: IP management, firewall access, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
Assist with implementation of infrastructure projects like data center migrations, network upgrades, etc.
Provide L1 support to users for system, network, and application issues
Troubleshoot hardware/software faults, connectivity problems, and system access errors.
Support Active Directory, Office 365, endpoint security, and remote access tools.
Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system configuration records.
Work with vendors and OEMs for hardware/software support,
Billing related issue
