Urgent opening For the role of Area Site Lead Role Jaisalmer

Greetings !

Currently we have an urgent opening for the role of ASL ( Area Site Lead Role ) - Jaisalmer Location.

Role & responsibilities

• To facilitate the TSIs in governing the PM/ BM activities at respective sites.
• To facilitate & regulate the execution of PM, design up gradation, etc at respective sites as per stipulated schedules.
• Attending the breakdown of WEC's & associated componentry so as to ensure committed availability of WEC's.
• To keep a tap on the availability of tools & tackles, safety & maintenance equipment in good working condition.
• Administration work at concerned areas.
• Conduct Co-ordination meetings of TSIs on WPP operational performance, SIQA ratings and technical failures its analysis, to draw conclusions, take corrective actions & suggest preventive measures.
• To maintain documentation as per ISO & SIQA standards.
• Training of the site employees.
• To align forces for safety & security of wind farm & associate componentry.
• Takeover of newly commissioned WPP, organize infrastructure / resources.
• Ensure timely reporting of WPP performance to WWIL offices for release to customers.
• Real time monitoring of WPP through SCADA business processes through Sap.
• Forecasting & proposing quarterly capital + revenue budgets.
• To determine creative cost cutting & efficiency improvement measures.
• Local procurement of running/ consumable items & scrap disposals.
• Facilitate customer visits to sites and technical presentations.
• To conduct perpetual inventory and ensure availability of stocks as per spares provision plans.
• To act as marketing service interface & responsible for all customer related activities including customer visits, customer queries.
• To promote discipline decorum & welfare measures for the employees.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should be well versed with WTG.
• Candidate should have operations and maintenance, commissioning Experience.
