Urgent opening For the position of Project Coordinator

Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Support Coordinator located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, coordinating projects, supporting project management activities, and utilizing analytical skills to aid in decision-making. The role demands effective communication to liaise with team members and stakeholders.

• Manage client projects and deadlines.
• Manage internal and external team(s) to provide solutions to meet business objectives.
• Ensure assigned deliverables meet project objectives and timelines, recognizing and managing dependencies between other projects.
• Support the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, facilitating project execution, deployment and closure.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues list and risk management plans.
• Strong reporting abilities by keeping track of multiple topics/ open questions.
• Knowing the ins and outs of assigned Customers and customer relationship management.
• To provide detailed report on progress of project achievement against plan and delivery.
• To provide supervisory guidance and instruction to individuals who are assigned to projects achieve maximum use of resource and to contribute to the successful delivery of a project.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Exposure to various IT applications like EMR/EHR's, CCLF, and HL7 protocol. Knowledge in clinical & operational workflow process, laboratory testing, Community Health Centers (CHCs), eHX repositories, ASP models and P2Ps.

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a healthcare-related field is a plus
