Job Description

Assisting in maintaining and updating Quality and Food safety management system documents.

Assist in conducting safety, quality, hygiene and environmental system compliance audits.
Assist Systems Manager in filling/ preparing questionnaires and documents asked by customers pertinent to products and processes.
Designing and maintaining and updating internal finished goods as well as Raw material specifications
Assist in scheduling and facilitating internal Audits as per relevant frequencies described in various systems
Assist in preparation and maintaining training calendar and related documents
Compilation of customer complaints and trend analysisRole & responsibilities
