Urgent opening for Project Manager - Motilal Oswal Financial Services Position: PMO Designation: Manager to Senior Manager Location: MALAD (Mumbai) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain the project progress data - single source of truth through project dashboards. Track & Manage project risk & issues Manage the end-to-end project portfolio including intake, prioritization, tracking, and performance management. Provide early warning on delivery risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Design and deliver executive dashboards on project status, risks, issues, and key milestones. Track KPIs such as schedule adherence, budget variance, effort variance, and benefit realization. Develop insights and trend analyses to improve delivery efficiency and predictability. Serve as a central point of coordination and communication for all program-related updates Ensure transparency of project performance and timely escalation of critical issues. Develop and deliver high-quality report, providing clear and concise updates on the status of project Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress Maintain clear communication with HOD, providing weekly updates on project status, changes, and risks REQUIREMENT: 7+ years of proven experience in the broking domain, program management. Ability to develop and manage detailed project plans, charters, and roadmaps Able to build & maintain strong relationships with stakeholders Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills Thanks & Regards, Priya Vijaysingh Yadav
