Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
* Develop and implement academic policies, curriculum plans, and assessment methods in line with Cambridge/IGCSE/ICSE standards.
* Foster a positive learning environment by promoting student well-being, discipline, and inclusivity.
* Collaborate with teachers to improve teaching methods, assess student progress, and provide feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 7-12 years of experience as a Vice Principal or Headmistress in a Cambridge/IGCSE/ICSE school.
* Strong knowledge of Cambridge/IGCSE/ICSE curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
