Job Description

Minimum of three years experience of consolidation systems development and support, encompassing all aspects of the solution (including business rules, metadata, security configuration, cube views, dashboards and workflows). Ideally, this would be within OneStream, though experience in HFM would also be considered. Strong coding skills in VBA or vb.net, with experience of developing business rules. Knowledge of SQL also an advantage. Experience of operating in a tightly controlled environment - working closely with audit (both internal and external), and ideally with a good understanding of SOX requirements. Understanding and practical experience of finance processes and the conversion of business requirements into systems solutions. Ability to build strong relationships across the business, especially with key stakeholders in Finance and with other teams in IT, Information Security and Audit. Responsible and self-sufficient, taking full ownership for work. Well organized, with close attention to detail. Team player, with good listening skills and empathy. Pro-active, with the ability and confidence to drive forward discussions, co-ordinate activities, make judgements and take decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
