Job Title: Legal - Contract Management (Non-Litigation)

Job Summary:

The Legal associate will assist in Contract Lifecycle Management and closely work

with the business for the effective execution of contracts. The role involves drafting,

reviewing, vetting contracts, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a repository of

contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and vet contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and

company policies.

- Execute contracts in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary approvals and

documentation.

- Manage contract lifecycle processes, including renewals, amendments, and

terminations.

- Maintain and track a contract repository, ensuring all contracts are accurately

recorded and easily accessible.

Competencies: **

- Reliability & Dependability: Demonstrates strong work ethic, meets deadlines,

and works well in a team setting.

- Communication Skills: Proficient in writing, speaking, and listening.

Communicates effectively and clearly.
