Solve scenario-based coding challenges using strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Implement and optimize multithreading and concurrency controls for high-throughput applications.
Integrate and manage caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, Ehcache) to optimize performance.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues across application, logging, and monitoring layers.
Implement observability practices using AppDynamics (APM) and ELK stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana).
Work in on-prem environments (data center stack, enterprise middleware) with comfort in Unix CLI and scripting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SDET, DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver production-ready software.

Required Skills

Core Java (advanced) data structures, collections, multithreading, concurrency, exception handling.
Spring Boot hands-on microservices development and deployment.
Caching frameworks – Redis, Ehcache or equivalent.
