Job Summary:

The Head of Operations will oversee the overall business operations strategy, processes, and performance. This leadership role is responsible for improving organizational efficiency, optimizing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and aligning operational activities with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to set performance goals and KPIs.

• Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Implement best practices in workflow and resource utilization.

• Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of operations and their respective teams.
• Set clear goals and expectations for the operations team.
• Foster a performance-driven culture with strong accountability.

• Budget & Resource Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets for the operations department.
• Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity.

• Technology & Tools:

• Oversee implementation and utilization of operational systems and software.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives within operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
