Urgent Opening for Assistant - IT Manager for Panvel location 

Position Overview: Assistant IT Manager

will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to the front-line team, coordinating with developers for system enhancements and bug resolutions, ensuring quality assurance of new implementations, and managing the internal IT team for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities: Provide timely IT support to front-office and operations teams.

Coordinate with software developers for: New feature development Bug identification and resolution System upgrades and enhancements Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing before new features or fixes go live.

Manage and guide the IT support team for task allocation, issue resolution, and performance tracking.

Monitor IT systems and ensure smooth functioning of applications and infrastructure.

Maintain documentation of issues, fixes, and new implementations.

Escalate critical issues to the IT Manager and provide status updates.

Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, and troubleshooting.

Good understanding of software development lifecycle and QA processes.

Ability to coordinate between technical (developers) and non-technical (operations) teams.

Team management and leadership skills. Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in IT support/coordination Role.

Prior exposure to team handling and QA testing preferred.
