Job Title: Events/Sales Coordinator (Female)

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a presentable, dynamic, and intelligent female candidate with a strong media background and a proven track record in advertising/media sales. The ideal candidate should be well-networked within the media, cinema, and entertainment industry, and possess excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in media and advertising sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients from the cinema, entertainment, and advertising industry.
• Pitch and close advertising deals for cinema and other media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions based on client needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years in media/advertising/cinema sales.
• Industry Background: Must be from a media/cinema/entertainment background.
• Networking: Strong industry connections and client portfolio in the media and advertising space.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Presentation: Smart, confident, and well-groomed with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• IQ & Aptitude: Strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and decision-making ability.
