Job Description

He will be Responsible for Managing Operations, Franchisee Sales for Miniplex, Content Acquisition, Movies & Film distribution. * To ensure maximum no. of movie screens goes live. * Managing Miniplex business effectively, and increasing number of franchisee centres (Pan India). * Negotiating with vendors to bring down operational cost and increase revenue. * Responsible for programming and scheduling movies for multiple locations, selecting content, negotiating deals with film makers. * To make sure Doms, Machines, Projectors etc, should be dispatched on time. * To ensure smooth functioning of franchisee for tickets, to co-ordinated with franchisee partners and sort out their issues. * To work with management to plan and explore various avenues of business, related to film Distribution, exhibition, digital and food business. * To formulate processes to successfully acquire movie content for distribution digital and exhibition, also instrumental in restarting the Film distribution division. * To Oversee overall operation of miniplex and to ensure it generates maximum profits.
