Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding the institutes courses, programs, career outcomes, and admission process.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries professionally and promptly.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads.
Assist students in completing admission forms, documentation, and fee submission.
Coordinate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process for students.
Maintain an up-to-date database of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Prepare and submit regular reports on counseling activities and admission targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Achieve Targets set by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Any Graduate
1 to 3 years of experience as a counselor, academic advisor, or admissions officer (experience in an educational institute preferred).
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage targets and work under pressure.
Empathetic and student-centered approach.
