Job Summary

Microsoft Copilot Agent Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy agents using
Microsoft Copilot Studio
Integrate Copilot with
SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, MS Teams
, and
ServiceNow KB articles
Build workflows using
Microsoft Power Automate
to drive automation and responses
Enable agents to extract insights from
Power BI dashboards and reports
Ensure seamless interaction with
Copilot capabilities inside MS Office products
Collaborate with stakeholders to define intents, user journeys, and automation triggers
Maintain documentation and support production deployments

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Copilot Studio
or
Power Virtual Agents
Working knowledge of
Microsoft 365 apps
: SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, MS Teams
Experience integrating with
ServiceNow
, especially Knowledge Base APIs
Proficiency in
Power Automate
for flow creation and automation
Understanding of
Power BI
and embedding insights into agent conversations
Familiarity with
Copilot in Microsoft Office apps
(Word, Excel, etc.)
Programming experience in
JavaScript
,
Power Fx
, or
TypeScript
preferred

Nice to Have

Knowledge of REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API
Understanding of security and access controls within M365 and ServiceNow
Experience with chatbot performance tracking and analytics
