Job Description

We are hiring Motion Graphic Designer /Video Developer/Video Producer.

Location - Kolkata & Noida.

Required Skills:

8 - 10 years of professional experience in video production, motion design, or a related field.
Creative Software Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) is essential. Understanding of other creative software like Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (knowledge of Cinema 4D is an advantage).
Understanding of core design principles, including visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition.
3+ years leading or managing a team of 5+ individuals.
Good verbal and written communication skills for liaising between creative teams, stakeholders, and clients.
A keen eye for detail to ensure quality control across all creative outputs and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive working environment.
Should have experience in Creative industry- ad agency, OTT platforms, & entertainment industry.
