Job Description:

We are urgently looking for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX developer with 4–6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about user-centric design, proficient in creating engaging interfaces, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research, testing, and usability studies to enhance product experience.
• Ensure consistency in designs across platforms (web, mobile, tablet).
• Convert business requirements into functional design specs.
• Present and justify design decisions based on user insights and UX best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap basics.
• Exposure to AngularJS, Node.js, or Next.js
• Expertise in responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), usability standards, and design systems.
• Experience with prototyping tools and user flow creation.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Computer Science/Application or equivalent.
• UI/UX Certification or Training (Preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹220,000.00 per year
