Job Summary

Technical Retail Associate (TRA)

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed
vehicle inspections and evaluations
as per CARS24 standards.
Assess vehicle condition, identify mechanical/body issues, and record accurate findings.
Support
retail operations
at hubs/yards and customer locations.
Ensure proper documentation, tagging, and data entry of inspection reports.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and technical teams for smooth workflow.
Assist customers by explaining vehicle condition and inspection outcomes.
Maintain quality, compliance, and process adherence at all times.

Skills & Requirements

ITI / Diploma in
Automobile, Mechanical, or related technical trade
preferred.
Basic understanding of
vehicle systems, car inspection, and evaluation
.
Experience or knowledge of
used car inspection / PDI / valuation
is an advantage.
Must be able to drive
four-wheelers
; valid
Driving License mandatory
.
Good observation, analytical, and reporting skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Willingness to work in field/yard operations.

Experience

1-6 years experienced candidates
with automobile background can apply.
