Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior SAP Consultant (L1) to join our SAP team. As an entry-level consultant, you will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP logistics modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for SAP Logistics modules (SD/PP/QM).
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues within defined SLAs.
• Perform configuration tasks.
• Document incidents, solutions, and configuration changes in line with company standards.
• Support end-users with functional queries and "how-to" assistance.
• Participate in testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT support).
• Assist in master data management and transactional data checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams for issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain training materials and user guides.
• Stay updated on SAP logistics functionalities and continuously enhance skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in SAP Logistics modules (internship, project, or training exposure is acceptable).
• Basic understanding of logistics processes (procurement, inventory management, order-to cash).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow into higher-level SAP consulting roles.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to SAP MM/SD transactions.
• Knowledge of integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, or QM.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident and service management.
• Certification in SAP Logistics modules (optional but advantageous).
