We are looking for a versatile Sales Professional with experience in high-performance
driving background pertaining to New Client Acquisition, Retention, Deal Negotiations and
Managing Profit Centres with increased productivity & ROI across a diverse spectrum of
industry sectors in international market for US/Europe/APAC/Middle East geographies for
IT software development services.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead end-to-end sales strategy and execution for IT software development services, focusing on Enterprise Mobile & Web Solutions, Digital Transformation, DevOps, RPA, and Custom Software Development.
Drive new client acquisition, revenue growth, and account retention across US, Europe, APAC, and Middle East regions.
Build and nurture CXO-level relationships with enterprise clients.
Successfully lead large, complex deal closures with revenues exceeding USD 1M annually.
Develop scalable sales processes and ensure high productivity with measurable ROI.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to refine GTM strategy and identify new opportunities.
Lead and participate in tenders, EOIs, and strategic bids.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven success in IT services sales with experience in a large/structured IT organization.
Strong international market exposure with demonstrated revenue generation.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline of corporate sales excellence.
Domestic enterprise sales experience will be an added advantage.
