URGENT Hiring: Python Developer (LLM)

We are looking for skilled Python Developers for an urgent AI initiative involving data curation and code interaction to support Large Language Model (LLM) development. This role is suited for freelancers or contract-based contributors who can work independently and deliver with precision.

This opportunity is with one of the pioneering companies in the Large Language Model (LLM) space. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing foundational LLMs by generating high-quality proprietary data that improves model performance and evaluation.

You’ll work on:

•⁠ Designing Python solutions based on prompts provided by model outputs

•⁠ Writing and evaluating Python code for Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT)

•⁠ Conducting evaluations and comparisons of AI-generated responses (RLHF)

•⁠ Ranking model outputs, providing reasoning, and contributing to dataset quality

•⁠ Collaborating with researchers and contributing to AI alignment

What We’re Looking For:

•⁠ 3+ years of Python programming experience

•⁠ Strong understanding of Python’s testing ecosystem (unit, integration, etc.)

•⁠ Industry-grade knowledge of coding best practices

•⁠ Ability to explain your thought process clearly in writing

•⁠ Experience working independently in a structured freelance setup
