Granulation Operator = 02 Job Summary: 1. As a Tablet Coating Operator at Jaiwik Biotech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for operating and monitoring automatic tablet coating machines (Auto Coaters) to ensure consistent product quality in accordance with GMP and SOP guidelines. Your role will be critical in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, particularly in the coating phase, ensuring precision, cleanliness, and compliance at all stages. 2. We are seeking a skilled Compressor Operator with hands-on experience in the Tablet Compression section, particularly in handling Bilayer tablet compression processes. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining compression machines to ensure smooth production of high-quality bilayer tablets, in line with GMP and SOP guidelines. 3. The Granulation Operator is responsible for executing the granulation process in the tablet manufacturing department. This role involves operating granulation equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulators (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD), Multi Mill, and Co-Mill. The operator ensures that all activities are performed according to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
