Job Description

What Will You Drive

Identify and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Coordinate end-to-end campaigns briefing, content reviews, timelines, and approvals.
Manage influencer communication, negotiations, and deliverable tracking.
Ensure brand-aligned content quality and timely postings.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers.
Research creator trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with brand and social teams for seamless campaign execution.

Who Are We Looking For

1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management (agency/brand).
Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and creator trends.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track metrics and extract insights.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and high ownership.
Experience with outreach tools, reporting, or agency coordination is a plus.
