Urgent hiring For Technical Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java or NodeJS backend technologies and solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks like React or Next.js. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, driving technical architecture, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the complete software development lifecycle design, development, testing, and deployment.

Architect and develop scalable, high-performing, and secure backend systems using Java (Spring Boot) or NodeJS (NestJS).

Provide technical mentorship, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best coding practices.

Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams for seamless project delivery.

Drive sprint planning, effort estimation, and technical decision-making in collaboration with the project management team.

Integrate APIs and third-party services; oversee database schema design and optimization.

Ensure CI/CD setup, deployment automation, and system monitoring in collaboration with DevOps teams.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick, effective resolutions.

Maintain documentation and ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across the project.

Preferred Technical Skills:

Backend (Required – any one or more):

Java (Spring Boot / Microservices) NodeJS (NestJS)

Frontend (Preferred):

ReactJS / Next.js

Database:

MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis

DevOps & Tools:

Docker, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines Cloud experience with AWS / Azure / GCP

Additional:

Strong experience in RESTful API design and development

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Understanding of application security and performance optimization
