Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and services using Python on AWS.
Implement and manage various AWS services, including but not limited to Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, and CloudFormation/Terraform.
Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable Python code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA) to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability within the AWS environment.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments on AWS.
Ensure the security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of AWS-based solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging AWS services, Python frameworks, and industry trends.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack).
Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience with data engineering concepts and tools
