Job Title:

Position Summary:

IT Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement and system optimization.
Lead requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders and technical architects to finalize project solution.
Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Create and visualize end-to-end data flow diagrams for enterprise applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between our ERP and dependent enterprise systems.
Analyze and support the resolution of failures in critical integrations.
Participate in system upgrades, including testing and documentation of new functionalities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in Business Process Analysis and Requirements Gathering.
Background in Enterprise Applications (ERP) and reporting.
Technical skills in Python / SQL and data analysis are highly desirable.
Familiarity with BI tools and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform or Oracle Cloud.
PLSQL / Cloud Database Experience.
Work Timings : General shift position, but flexibility is required Candidates should be prepared to adjust their hours based on project needs.
