We at Betterplace are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment for Mumbai Location, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Non IT Recruiter at BetterPlace in Mumbai. The Non IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and recruitment activities to support workforce fulfilment for full-time and gig workers.

Experience & Skills Required:

1-5 years of experience in a Not IT recruitment into bulk hiring.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsProficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networksExperience in using Naukri and LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidatesProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trendsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWork Mode : Work from office
