Patient Registration and Data Collection
: Collect essential information from patients during emergency admissions, including personal details, insurance information, and medical history to ensure accurate billing records.

Medical Coding
: Convert medical diagnoses and procedures into specific codes (such as CPT and ICD-10) used for billing, ensuring that the correct charges are applied for emergency services.

Insurance Claim Submission
: Prepare and submit insurance claims for emergency services rendered, ensuring that all details are accurate and meet the insurance companys requirements.

Claim Verification and Follow-Up
: Track the status of submitted claims, follow up on any rejected or delayed claims, and work to correct errors for resubmission.

Patient Billing
: Generate and send bills to patients for emergency services provided, explaining charges clearly and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
