Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform fraud analytics and investigate suspicious credit/debit card transactions.
Monitor 3DS authentication and fraud detection systems to identify fraud risks.
Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Use Excel and SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), portfolio trends, and early warning signals.
Prepare dashboards, presentations, and analytical reports for business leaders.
Support the development and enhancement of fraud risk strategies and controls in line with US Banking regulations.
Collaborate with operations, fraud, and risk teams to optimize fraud monitoring processes.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly fraud checks and reporting.
Conduct root cause analysis and develop preventive measures for emerging fraud patterns.
Assist with ad-hoc fraud risk analysis and special projects.

Preferred Exposure / Good to Have:

Experience in US Banking or Financial Services Domain
Knowledge of credit/debit card transaction lifecycle
Hands-on experience with fraud detection platforms (e.g., Actimize, Falcon, SAS, etc.)
Understanding of fraud risk management frameworks and regulatory guidelines
