Collection Process Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and payment arrangements.
  • Resolve customer disputes and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Meet collection targets and ensure positive customer relations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    1 year of international voice experience
