What is our requirement?

Role: Senior Accounts Executive

Job Location : Vashi

Experience : 3 Years to 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Manage Tally receivables and payables, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Handle vendor payments and follow up on pending payments, maintaining good vendor relationships.
• Reconcile accounts, including vendor payment reconciliations, bank statements, and other financial records.
• Perform VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP functions to analyze financial data and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Handle audits and work closely with external auditors during audit processes.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support payroll processing and ensure proper documentation for employees.
• Assist in managing the financial software and ensuring proper data entry and record keeping.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding financial matters.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate should possess a clear understanding of accounting entries, book keeping & accounts finalization.
• Candidate should have minimum 5 years of Experience of working in Accounts & Finance domain and at least 3 years experience in Tally
• Bachelors degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Good analytical problem solving and time management skills.
• Candidate should possess strong knowledge of MS. Excel
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Resilience and adaptability towards unforeseen work.
