About the Role

Drone Trainer

This is an immediate requirement, and preference will be given to candidates who are available to join at short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on and classroom training on drone technology, flight operations, maintenance, and safety.
• Instruct students on UAV components, flight controls, assembling, and troubleshooting.
• Plan and execute engaging training modules as per the curriculum.
• Conduct live flight demonstrations and practice sessions ensuring safety protocols.
• Assess student performance through evaluations and practical tests.
• Maintain training equipment and ensure proper documentation.
• Stay updated with latest DGCA guidelines and industry trends related to drone technology.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in drone operations and training (at least 1 year preferred).
• Certified Drone Pilot (DGCA certification or equivalent preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAV systems, flight theory, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and engage a classroom of students.
• Prior experience in conducting workshops or training in academic institutions is a plus.
