Role: Azure DevOps Experience: 6-10 Years Relevant Experience in Azure DevOps: 6+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Location: Pune and Chennai Key Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Mandatory skills : 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on Azure DevOps. Proven experience in project management and team leadership. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and cloud infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. CI/CD: Knowlege in continuous integration and continuous deployment tools like github actions Azure Technical Skills: Utilize Azure services and tools for cloud infrastructure management. Implement and manage Azure security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, and data protection. Monitor and manage existing infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Security Center. Optimize cloud costs using different tools like Azure Cost Management and Azure Advisor. Project Management: Lead and manage DevOps projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Technical Expertise: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DevOps processes.
