Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Background:
o Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Work Experience:
o Minimum 5+ years of North America experience in technology sales, business development, or account management in the IT, IoT, Software, Data Analytics, or similar domain. o Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in North America. o Prior experience in handling enterprise sales, technology consulting, or solution-based sales is a plus.
o Experience in consultative selling and handling complex solution sales cycles. Technical Expertise & Industry Knowledge:
o In-depth knowledge of technologies like IoT, AI/ML, Cloud, Industrial Automation. Product Engineering Services (Embedded), Automated Test Equipment (LabVIEW) is preferred. o Specialized knowledge in IoT, IT, OT, AI, Web/Mobility technologies. Experience with Reality applications, chatbots, cloud, RPA, DevOps, and ServiceNow is beneficial.
Sales & Business Development Skills:
o Strong lead generation, key decision-makers prospecting, existing relationships in industries relevant to our services, and networking skills, with experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and cold calling.
o Experience in prospecting, calling, and conducting virtual/in-person meetings and presentations.
o Understanding of CRM tools like Zoho/Salesforce, marketing automation (Pardot/Marketo), and data mining tools (Hoover/ZoomInfo) is a plus.

o Excellent communication, written, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Polished presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relationship Management & Collaboration:
o Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
o Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team. Analytical & Organizational Skills:
o Strong analytical skills for market research and competitive analysis.
o Goal-oriented, organized team player with attention to detail and strong documentation skills. o Ability to prioritize assignments and work independently with limited supervision. Technical & Sales Tool Proficiency:
o Proficient in MS Office Suite and sales tools such as CRM (Zoho/Salesforce), Project Management (Jira/Projects), Data Mining (Hoover/ZoomInfo), and Meeting Tools (GoToMeeting/MS Teams/Zoom).
Work Flexibility & Travel Requirements:
o Willingness to travel across North America as needed.
o Willing to work in US time zones.
