Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for an Urdu Teacher. The Urdu Teacher will be responsible for planning and preparing engaging lessons, delivering high-quality instruction in Urdu, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role also involves assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience. Effective classroom management and a passion for education are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Teaching and Training, with a strong command of the Urdu language
• Skills in Lesson Planning and Education to deliver structured and engaging learning experiences
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that fosters learning
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Urdu, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Prior experience teaching Urdu is a strong advantage
• Passion for teaching and fostering cultural appreciation
