Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on interview & skills)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage Upwork and LinkedIn portals to identify and bid on relevant projects
• Work as Pre-Sales Business Analyst to understand client needs
• Write professional and customized proposals to win projects
• Communicate with potential clients and answer queries
• Maintain records of leads, proposals, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements
• Meet monthly bidding and conversion targets

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Upwork and LinkedIn bidding process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand project requirements and create winning proposals
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
