UPSC Philosophy faculty ( Educator )

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated faculty member to teach Philosophy Optional for the UPSC Civil Services Examination. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth subject knowledge, a strong understanding of the UPSC syllabus and exam pattern, and the ability to mentor aspirants with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Philosophy Optional topics as per the UPSC syllabus, including Western & Indian Philosophy, Socio-political Philosophy, and Philosophy of Religion.
• Design and deliver structured lessons, study material, and practice questions.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, test discussions, and answer writing practice.
• Provide guidance on previous years’ questions and UPSC-specific answer presentation.
• Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with any changes in UPSC syllabus and trends.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate/PhD in Philosophy or related discipline (preferred).
• Prior teaching experience in UPSC coaching (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong conceptual clarity and ability to explain complex topics simply.
• Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Bilingual].
• Ability to inspire and motivate students towards their IAS preparation journey.
