Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results driven Upwork & Fiverr Specialist to grow our client base and manage digital Advertising Projects through leading freelance Platforms. The ideal candidate will have full Experience in Digital Marketing and a Proven Track Record of Winning Projects, engaging with Clients, and Delivering High Quality Advertising Solutions Tailored to Client Needs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid daily on relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr to acquire new Clients for our Advertising Services.

Create compelling service listings and proposals to attract and convert leads.

Communicate professionally with potential clients to understand their requirements, pitch suitable Advertising Solutions, and negotiate Project Terms.

Manage and deliver Advertising Campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Monitor Campaign performance, Analyze Results, and Optimize Strategies to maximize ROI and Client Satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and technical) to ensure seamless execution of Client Projects.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Advertising and Freelance Marketplace Strategies.

Maintain accurate records of proposals, project status, and client communications.

Requirements

Proven Experience Managing and winning Projects on Upwork and/or Fiverr for an Advertising or Digital Marketing Company.

Strong understanding of Digital Advertising Platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and Campaign Management.

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills for Client Interaction and Proposal Writing.

Ability to Analyze Campaign Data and Adjust Strategies for Optimal Performance.

Creative Problem solving Skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Content Creation, Copywriting, or Graphic Design.

Familiarity with Additional Digital Marketing Channels (email marketing, SEO, Affiliate Marketing).
