We're Hiring: University Relations Associate

Full-time | Travel Required

Experience: 1–2 years in counselling or a related field

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000/month

Are you passionate about engaging with students and building lasting educational partnerships? We're looking for a University Relations Associate who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to travel extensively for events, agency visits, and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Event & Travel Management

• Represent the organization at educational fairs, school orientations & events.
• Promote initiatives like Tiger Stripes and PASS programs.
• Build awareness and establish a strong brand presence.

Lead Collection & Management

• Collect and manage leads from events with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update lead management sheets to optimize conversions.

Agency Visits & Relationship Building

• Visit partner agencies to nurture collaborations.
• Address queries and strengthen long-term relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in counselling or student engagement.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Professional, presentable, and proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
