Engage directly with prospective students and offer-holders , guiding them through course options, entry requirements, application processes, and everything they need to make an informed choice. Lead Impactful Recruitment Campaigns Drive successful recruitment-focused events like offer-holder briefings and pre-departure orientations—right from booking venues to sending out invites and securing confirmations . Be the go-to coordinator for organizing memorable and meaningful events. Become a Market Intelligence Expert Dive into market trends across India and globally to uncover recruitment opportunities and guide strategic decisions. Build a Strong Talent Pipeline Follow up with students you meet at events and nurture relationships by phone and email—your personal touch will help build a robust and motivated application database. Be Our Face at Strategic Fairs and Partner Events Represent us at high-impact education fairs and partner-led events , showcasing our brand and offerings to a wide audience of students and parents. Train & Empower Our Agent Network Visit partner agent offices to train their staff , conduct student interviews , and ensure everyone representing us is aligned with our mission and values. Provide hands-on counselor training sessions (virtually and in-person), and become the trusted advisor for agents and students alike. Take Charge of Operations Manage logistics and promotional materials , ensuring all agent partners are equipped with the right tools before every event. Keep organized records of interactions and maintain seamless administrative workflows . Deliver Exceptional Student Experience Provide timely, friendly, and informative responses to all student and parent inquiries —creating a lasting impression of our commitment to quality and support.
