University Relations Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES –

●Attend education fairs and recruitment events across India to meet and advise prospective students and offer-holders on a range of matters, including courses, entry requirements, and application processes in south side of India.

● Support recruitment-focused events like offer-holder briefings and pre-departure events by booking venue(s), sending invitations, calling for confirmations, etc.

● Analyze India and other global market data.

● Call the students met during the recruitment fairs and focus on building the application database.

● Participating in fairs conducted by stakeholders for recruitment purposes across.

● Visit agent offices for training staff and holding student interviews.

● Administrative tasks like handling and dispatching promotional materials to all agent partners prior to events and maintaining records of interaction with agents.

● Conduct agent counselor training sessions. (virtual and in-house) Maintain excellent ‘customer service’ by answering all inquiries from prospective students and parents.

● Other duties assigned by your managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹28,000.00 per month
