Role Overview: Apple is looking for an experienced University Recruiter to join their team in Hyderabad on a contract basis. As a University Recruiter, your main goal will be to identify, assess, and bring outstanding early-career talent into the organization. You will be a strategic partner to the business and an ambassador of Apple on campus, guiding candidates and hiring teams through the selection process and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Drive recruitment for university talent, including sourcing, screening, assessment coordination, interview management, and offer processes. - Build and maintain strong partnerships with placement cells and faculty heads across Tier 1 and other leading campuses. - Implement campus engagement activities such as placement drives, tech talks, workshops, and hiring events. - Maintain excellent candidate relationships and act as a trusted representative of Apple throughout the hiring journey. - Track university talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and skill availability to support decision-making. - Ensure accurate and timely documentation within talent systems and report out key recruiting metrics. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. - 5+ years of experience in university recruiting with solid experience hiring from Tier 1 institutes in India. - Hands-on expertise managing high-volume internship and graduate hiring cycles. - Solid understanding of the Indian university ecosystem and campus hiring trends. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience working with talent assessment platforms (e.g., CoderPad, Hackerrank).
