As a Customer Service Manager at HSBC within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), your role is crucial in planning, directing, and controlling the branch customer interface functions to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing service and cross-sell discipline to foster a culture of excellent service within the service team.
