Job Description

Game Development:

Design, develop, and launch engaging hyper-casual & puzzle games with smooth gameplay and addictive mechanics.

Monetization Integration:

Implement & optimize ad networks (AdMob, Unity Ads, Applovin, MAX, IronSource, etc.) and subscription models for premium/ad-free experiences.

Prototyping & Innovation:

Rapidly create prototypes to test new game ideas & mechanics aligned with market trends.

Performance Optimization:

Ensure games run seamlessly across all devices with optimized loading times, memory usage & frame rates.

Collaboration:

Work closely with designers, artists, and product teams to bring ideas to life.

Data-Driven Improvements:

Use analytics & player feedback to boost engagement, retention, and monetization strategies.

Requirements

Proficiency in Unity (C#)

or Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints).

Strong understanding of mobile game development for

Android/iOS

Experience with ad SDKs, mediation platforms & subscription-based monetization.

Minimum

2 years

of experience in game development (hyper-casual/puzzle games preferred).

Solid knowledge of

game physics, animations, and UI/UX principles

Problem-solving skills, creativity & a passion for mobile gaming.

Good to Have

Experience with

LiveOps & A/B testing

Familiarity with analytics metrics (ARPDAU, Retention, LTV, ROAS tracking).

Portfolio of published hyper-casual or puzzle games.
