Unit Sales Manager

Job Description

Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets within a designated unit or territory. Responsibilities Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop action plans for improvement. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team environment. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve unit sales goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures promptly. Provide hands-on support to Sales Executives in complex negotiations, client presentations, and closing deals. Monitor individual sales pipelines and ensure accurate forecasting. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling within the existing customer base. Must: Graduation is mandatory. 2+ year of sales or marketing. Must have own bike and valid DL. Local candidate hire first.
